Your sales motion works. It just can't scale without more heads.

We take the playbook your team already runs and rebuild it as an engine — qualifying leads, following up, keeping your CRM honest, closing — so pipeline grows 5× without your headcount growing with it. Same motion, running as a system that never sleeps.

Bring your messiest workflow — we'll tell you exactly what we'd build.

You're probably here because one of these is true

Something's not working

Deals stall, follow-up slips, and you're not sure where it's going wrong.

It works — you just need 5× more

And you don't have time to train new reps, or don't want to carry the headcount.

Leads are leaking somewhere

You can feel it in the numbers — you just can't see where.

Different symptoms. Same root cause: your motion lives in people's heads instead of running as a system.

Let's be honest

You've heard the AI pitch before.

Someone promised automation, and you ended up working for the tool. Someone sold you a playbook, and it was theirs, not yours. So let's be clear about what we don't do: we don't tell you how to sell, and we don't replace your motion with ours. We watch how your team already wins — then build the machine that runs it. The automation works for you. Never the other way around.

01  What We Build

Your motion, captured once — run by your people and your agents

We capture how your team already works — how you qualify, how you close, what "good" looks like — into one operational source of truth. Your people work from it for the calls only a human should make. Your agents run on it at scale, around the clock.

Correct it once, and both your people and your agents inherit the fix — your operation compounds instead of repeating itself.

03  The Shift

Before and after the engine

Before
  • Leads come in — and some quietly slip away
  • Manual qualification eats reps' time
  • Spreadsheet chaos, no single source of truth
  • Slow, inconsistent follow-up
  • Opportunities quietly lost
After
  • Leads captured from every channel
  • AI qualifies instantly, around the clock
  • Everything enriched in your CRM
  • Personalized follow-up, on time
  • More pipeline, less manual work
04  How It Works

From scramble to system

01

Map the ground truth

We come on-site and watch how the work really happens — the extra tab nobody mentions, the manual check done "because we always have." The real bottleneck is rarely the one on the org chart.

02

Design the engine

A concrete plan with a definition of done — what's automated, what stays human, what never needed AI at all, where the escalation gates sit, and how it learns.

03

Build, test, deploy

Built end-to-end — AI agents, n8n workflows, HubSpot architecture, integrations — and tested against real traffic before it touches a prospect.

04

Compound

The engine runs, and every human correction feeds back in. Optionally, we stay embedded as your GTM ops partner.

Every human correction feeds back into the engine — your operation compounds instead of repeating itself.

05  Ways to Work Together

Three ways in

Start Here

The Engine Blueprint

Three weeks, on-site. We watch how the work really happens — the extra tab nobody mentions, the manual check done "because we always have" — then hand you a prioritized map: what to turn into an engine, in what order, with a definition of done for each piece. Yours to keep, whether you build it with us or hand it to your own team.

About 5–15 hours of your team's time.

Scoped Build

Engine Build

A fixed-scope project with a clear definition of done: an AI sales agent, a qualification system, a CRM rebuild, an automation layer. Live, tested, and documented.

Ongoing

Embedded Partner

Monthly retainer. We own the technical side of your GTM motion — your revenue team's direct line for everything built, fixed, or improved. No tickets, no waiting.

06  Your Options

Your other options — honestly

The real competition isn't another tool. It's hiring. So here's the honest comparison — including where the alternatives win.

Hire a GTM engineer

Great — if you can find one. It's a rare profile: ~3 months to hire, ~3 more to ramp, and a full salary before the first workflow ships. Makes sense at 100+ employees. At 20–50, you need the output without the seat.

Hire an agency

You'll get their playbook, installed fast. But it's their motion, not yours — and when the retainer ends, the knowledge walks out the door with them.

Us

Your motion, as a system

Captured and running as a system your team owns — documented, tested, and yours, whether or not we stay embedded. The output of an engineer without the seat; the speed of an agency without losing your playbook.

07  About

Hi, I'm Idan

Idan Ron working at his desk

I've spent 6 years in go-to-market operations, building systems that scale for startups. I started in the CRM space, expanded into the full GTM stack, and for the last 3 years I've run this practice, full time. I've built autonomous sales agents that close contracts without human intervention, rebuilt CRMs that teams actually trust, and wired together GTM stacks so revenue teams stop doing ops work by hand. I don't hand over slide decks — I ship working systems, and I stick around to make them better.

The honest answers

How do I know if we're a fit?

We don't work with everyone — not to be exclusive, but because an engine only works when there's something real to build it on. You're a fit if you have a process, you have customers (a few or many), and you've already found a mechanism that reliably produces the outcome you want — leads, meetings, deals. If that's you, you don't have a validation problem. You have a process problem, and that's exactly what we turn into an engine.

And it's mutual. We choose the companies we work with as carefully as they choose us — because we'd rather not waste your time or ours.

Why start with the Engine Blueprint instead of building right away?

Because the most expensive mistake is building the wrong thing quickly. A discovery call gives you the tidy version of how work happens; three weeks on-site shows how it actually happens — where the time really goes and which step is the true bottleneck. That's how we make sure the first engine we build is the right one.

What do I walk away with from the Blueprint?

A map: a prioritized, concrete plan of what to turn into an engine and in what order, with a definition of done for each piece. It's yours to keep whether you build it with us or hand it to your own team.

Do I actually need AI for this?

Not always — and we'll tell you when you don't. A lot of what slows a team down is solved with straightforward automation, no AI involved. We build whatever actually solves the problem: sometimes an autonomous agent, sometimes a simple workflow and a well-placed integration.

How fast can something go live?

It depends on scope, but a first engine is typically live in weeks, not quarters — built end-to-end and tested against real traffic before it ever touches a prospect. Bigger systems ship in stages, each one live and working before the next begins.

What tools do you work with?

HubSpot, n8n, custom integrations, and the AI agent layer on top. But the stack follows the plan, not the other way around — we pick tools to fit the engine, never build the engine to fit a tool.

Six months in

What it looks like when it's running

You stop checking whether the follow-ups went out. You stop wondering which leads slipped. Pipeline isn't the thing that keeps you up at night — it's the thing that compounds while you're at the conference. And when you hire, it's because you chose to grow the team, not because the motion breaks without another body.
